We answer the phone and ask what you are seeing. If an inspection is not the right tool, we say so, and that conversation costs nothing.
If it is, we book you in, usually the same week. We walk the property, take readings, and take samples only where identifying a species would change what you should do. Samples go to an independent accredited laboratory.
You get a written report with photographs, readings and a clear account of the cause. Then it is yours.
