The terms we work under
Scope of an assessment
A mold assessment describes the condition of a property at the time of inspection. It covers accessible areas. Areas that cannot be reached safely or without damage are excluded, and the report names them.
Sampling
Where samples are taken, analysis is carried out by an independent accredited laboratory. Results describe the samples collected at the locations recorded.
What we do not do
We do not carry out mold remediation, drying, repairs or construction work, and we do not supply equipment.
Payment
Quotes are given before the visit and include laboratory fees where sampling is agreed. Additional sampling requested on site is quoted before it is carried out.
