What is done during a mold inspection?
An inspector walks the property, checks accessible rooms and roof spaces, and takes moisture readings on walls, floors and framing. Thermal imaging finds water inside wall cavities without opening them. You receive a written report with photographs, readings, and the likely source of any moisture found.
