Mold Inspection Fort Myers
Privacy Policy
How we handle your information
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever you tell us about the problem. We collect it so we can quote and carry out an inspection.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, and produce your report. Where samples are taken, sample details are shared with the analysing laboratory.
We also use outside service providers to run parts of this site and to handle enquiries and calls. They act on our instructions, and they may only use what they see in order to provide that service to us.
Cookies and how we measure this site
This site uses cookies and similar technology. Some are needed for pages and forms to work. Others tell us how people found us, which pages they read, and which search brought them here. That is how we work out which parts of the site are worth keeping.
This measurement runs through third-party services acting on our behalf. It records things like the pages you visit, the site or search that sent you, and what you type into an enquiry form.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do, though forms may behave less smoothly.
Phone calls
The number shown on this site is a tracking number. It rings through to us, and it tells us which page or which search prompted the call. We log call details such as the time, the length, and the number you called from.
If we record a call, you will be told at the start of it, and you can ask us not to.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell your information. Our service providers act on our instructions, and they are not permitted to use your details for their own purposes.
We do not pass your details to mold remediation contractors, and we do not receive any payment for doing so. That is a legal position as well as a policy one: Florida statute 468.8419 prohibits an assessor from accepting or offering compensation for referrals to or from a remediator.
Retention
Enquiry records and reports are kept for as long as needed to support the work and any related claim, and then deleted.
