Who pays us, and who does not
We do not take referral fees
We do not accept payment, commission, discount or any other consideration from a mold remediation contractor in exchange for sending work their way. We also do not pay anyone for referring work to us.
Why this matters
An inspection is a judgement about whether a property has a problem and how large it is. That judgement is only worth something if the person making it does not benefit from a particular answer.
It is also the law
Florida statute 468.8419 prohibits a mold assessor from accepting compensation from a remediator for referrals, and from offering compensation for referrals in return. The same statute prevents a company from remediating a structure it assessed within the previous twelve months.
What this means for you
The report we produce is yours. Take it to any remediation contractor you choose, get competing quotes, and know that nothing in the report was written to steer you toward a particular company.
